Our audio and video deliveries are managed efficiently with a scalable cloud architecture and dedicated instances for each distributor. Our smart prioritization algorithm allows users to deliver vast amounts of new tracks daily, along with large volumes of back catalog content, to new or existing DSPs in the fastest delivery times in the market.
Even with such capabilities, some of our users recurrently mentioned the need for extremely urgent deliveries. We understand that there are cases where a change of assets on a live product or a late delivery of a high-priority new release cannot wait, even for a few hours.
In response to this growing need, we’ve added a new, higher level of priority called « Next. » When this priority level is set on a delivery, the latter will complete in just a few minutes, depending on the size of the included assets.
Please note that the « Next » priority level should be used only in exceptional cases to avoid disrupting the automated prioritization system that already provides fast delivery times for all regular new products and back catalog releases. This priority level is also subject to a daily quota.
